- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in building HL7 FHIR, SOA, XML / JSON, REST API, ESB and APIM solutions
- At least 2-3 project implementations in the areas of SOA / EAI technologies and API management, HL7 and FHIR - FHIR is a MUST.
- Expertise in the HL7 FHIR messaging protocol specifically the current R4 release version.
- Working Knowledge of EHR system implementation. (API integration with EPIC or Cerner or any other HER will be a plus)
- Proficiency in web service design & development.
- Solid programming skills building SOAP and REST web services, leveraging C# .Net Framework / .Net Core, XML, XSLT & JSON.
- Strong Knowledge Authentication and Authorization, HIPPA security guidelines specifically as to how they pertain to FHIR Client and Server implementations.
- Experience of database access protocols and working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms and deployment.
- Certification in HL7 FHIR.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
