Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage SEO and Digital Marketing strategy for multiple client accounts
Continually analyze Digital Marketing campaigns and make strategic adjustments where necessary
Resolve customer service issues when possible prior to escalation;
Operate as lead point of contact for assigned clients and their markets representatives; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; Field client enquiries and provide timely responses;
Requirements:
Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with clients; Ability to understand and communicate digital marketing strategies; Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail The ability to communicate clearly and effectively – both verbally and in writing; Excellent listening, presentation and telephone skills; Is self-motivated and goal oriented
