Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage SEO and Digital Marketing strategy for multiple client accounts
- Continually analyze Digital Marketing campaigns and make strategic adjustments where necessary
- Resolve customer service issues when possible prior to escalation
- Operate as lead point of contact for assigned clients and their markets representatives; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; Field client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Requirements:
- Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with clients;
- Ability to understand and communicate digital marketing strategies;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively – both verbally and in writing;
- Excellent listening, presentation and telephone skills; Is self-motivated and goal oriented
