Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing human resources by recruiting, interviewing, and vetting potential staff.
  2. Maintain personnel records and process necessary requests.
  3. Support and assist in maintaining probation records, carrying out staff annual appraisals.
  4. Provide general word processing and typing; assist with maintaining Staff files and records;
  5. Respond to general information requests from the public, including answering the telephone, greeting visitors and referring to appropriate staff;
  6. Service agreements and lease contracts in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  7. Manage procurement & logistics evaluations as necessary.
  8. Perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor.

Must have

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English Language
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction.
