RIKSOF is seeking experienced HR professionals with deep knowledge of successfully using social media as recruiting tool. Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Promoting RIKSOF as an employer of choice on popular social media including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn
- Promote RIKSOF at university campuses
- Publish Job posts on popular portals. Review applicant submissions and short list
- Schedule and conduct online tests
- Schedule and conduct on-site interviews along with the recruiting manager
- Prepare job offers
- Regular follow up with candidates and employees to ensure commitment to and excitement with company
- Miscellaneous HR tasks
Required Experience:
- At leat 1 year as a professional HR recruiter for IT related jobs
- At least 2 years overall experience
- Well connected on social media
Compensation & Benefits:
