RIKSOF is an award-winning mobile and web app development company with its headquarters in Karachi. We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated Office Assistant with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience. In this role, you should be able to work independently with guidance from your seniors. You should have excellent personal, organization, clerical and problem-solving skills.
- Greet visitors, schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Prioritizing workloads.
- Maintain attendance on a daily basis.
- Regularly check out deep cleaning processes.
- Monitor and document routine inspection and cleaning activities on a daily basis.
- Implementation of new procedures and administrative systems.
- Maintain and order procurement and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
- Receive deliveries, sort and allocate to the concerned department.
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy.
