Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Academic Officer at the Registrar Office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field from an HEC recognized institution with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of MS Office with typing speed and proficiency in MS Excel, including basic formulas, bookkeeping, and filing systems.
Responsibilities
- Registration of newly approved programs on the PQR Portal right after the meeting of Academic Council.
- Managed and resolved student concerns/issues related to the PQR Portal on daily basis.
- Compose the draft minutes sheets for upcoming meetings of the statutory bodies.
- Systematically maintained academic program records in Excel, updating them with each meeting.
- Maintained a comprehensive record of academic programs added to the PQR, along with resolution logs for student queries.
- Preparation of draft compliance emails prior to the meetings of statutory bodies.
- Track inventory of shields and issuance of Vice-Chancellor shields on the approval of the Competent Authority.
- Utilizing Smartsheet for systematic data record-keeping.
- Processing of Foreign student forms through e-signatures and stamping for onward submission to the HEC.
- Systematic record-keeping of NOCs categorized by campus.
- Centralized record keeping of statutory body meeting minutes in soft form.
- Receive and submit the External and Internal Daak to the Deputy Registrar for onward submission to the Registrar for information and dissemination to the relevant quarters.
- Receiving BOS and BOF letters and after verification forward the same to the Deputy Vice Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor's office for Approval.
