Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and refining business development and sustainability strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Support growth initiatives and foster partnerships to enhance the university's sustainability footprint and market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to execute projects smoothly and achieve key performance indicators related to sustainability and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, sustainability metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to gather actionable insights that inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business analyses for management, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards to maintain ethical and legal operations.
- Contribute to proposal development and sales pipeline management to support business growth and sustainability project acquisition.
- Coordinate efforts across teams to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for sustainability-related projects and business development initiatives.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS, and other survey design software to gather and interpret data effectively.
