Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and clinical teaching sessions in Oral Biology to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop, update, and refine curricula ensuring alignment with current scientific research and clinical practices in oral and dental biology.
- Conduct and supervise research projects, contributing to the academic reputation of Riphah International University through publications in recognized journals.
- Provide mentorship to postgraduate students, supporting their academic progress and research activities.
- Participate in academic committees and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and research programs.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate oral biology content across dental and basic sciences disciplines.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and clinical assessments to ensure mastery of subject matter.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Oral Biology and related fields to inform teaching and research.
- Engage in community outreach and professional development activities to enhance the department's visibility and impact.
- Ensure compliance with the standards and guidelines established by higher education and medical/dental councils.
