Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in pharmaceutical sciences adhering to curriculum standards.
- Prepare and update teaching materials, ensuring content accuracy and relevance in line with current scientific developments.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and research pursuits to support their professional development.
- Engage in scholarly research activities and contribute to scientific publications in recognized journals.
- Collaborate with department faculty to design and review course curricula and academic programs.
- Stay up-to-date with advances in pharmaceutical sciences to integrate new knowledge into teaching practices.
- Participate in academic committees and assist with accreditation and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain professional registration with regulatory bodies as required for the role.
- Attend and contribute to faculty meetings and university events to support the institutions educational missions.
