Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- (Lead Generation)
- Cold Callings
- Scheduling, conducting Interviews.
- Run E-mail Campaigns.
- Maintain the internal database properly.
- Developed and maintain the relationship with subcontractors (Keeping the tract of their expertise).
- Proven work Experience of 5-10 years
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in any field
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter/Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and VOIP structured)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills.
How you will be Paid?
The Basic Salary is starting from 50,000 to 1, 50,000 + Commisions (Uncapped).
