Candidates having excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. Applicants should have an end-to-end knowledge of complete bench sales process.
Other requirements:
- Should be proactive at everyday activities like submitting the candidates for suitable positions and negotiating the rates and following up the upcoming client interviews.
- Should have Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, G Suite preferred.
- Experience in IT recruitment would be preferred must be a self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants at best deals.
