The Cook is responsible for cooking and cleaning of kitchen or any other defined ACTED premises.
Cook MEAL on a daily basis at the office and guesthouse.
- Purchase raw materials for cooking from market on daily basis;
- Clean & wash vegetables, fruits & make them ready for service;
- Keep the hygiene and tidiness of kitchen and make sure the refrigerator is clean all the time;
- Sorted out the kitchen foodstuff in daily basis and make sure to remove spoiled food stuff (meat, fruits, cooked dishes from kitchen;
- Keep spoilable foodstuffs in refrigerator;
- Boil water & make tea / coffee;
- Wash and clean crockery after each time of meals and arrange them in cupboards;
- Clean the kitchen after each time of meals every day;
- Have contact with purchaser for providing foodstuffs;
- Clean kitchen everyday;
- Suggest new food menu from time to time.
- Clean Kitchen 2 times a day
- Ensure general cleaning of office compound
- Clean tidy offices, Corridors, windows glasses, office assets (desk, tables, furniture etc.).
