Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior Sales & Customer Service while managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Proactively engage with Customers who visit our websites
  • Understand the needs of the Customer
  • Use product information and available resources to educate customers and assist them in making their purchase.
  • accepting orders on phone, giving discounts, verifying billing and shipping addresses, and inform customers of any problems.
  • Notify customers about orders. 
  • Respond to customer email and phone calls as necessary.
  • Strive to meet defined metrics for productivity, quality and Customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Must Have

  • Intermediate/ A-Level or Higher.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Neutral or non-inflicted American accent
