- Scanning of daily financial vouchers.
- Support in Bank Reconciliation.
- Maintain proper filing systems of financial documents.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is collected, checked, and attached to payment vouchers for submission.
- Ensure that proper approval signatures are obtained.
- Data searching and posting in ERP system if required.
- Support ED in bank correspondence and documentation as and when required.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post.
- Working with spreadsheets
- Communication with AFOs
- Support Finance Department
- Use and knowledge of financial software
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
