• Support program staff with day to day IT support
• Assist IT Officer in the installation of all IT equipment
• Maintenance and updating of all IT equipment and software
• Keeping IT Officer informed of any issue arising with IT equipment within EOC
• Assist IT Officer in preparation of budget for maintenance of IT & Equipment
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot workstation software and networking software products
• Troubleshooting network connection issues
• Report to IT Officer as defined in the SOPs
• Perform any other duties, assigned by IT Officer/ Office Manager
