RL Hummate (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Industrial Sales Officer with a minimum of three years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in industrial sales and business development, complemented by excellent communication abilities. This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the industrial sector. Candidates with experience in selling products such as paints, inks, and adhesives will have a distinct advantage. Although this position does not involve team management duties, it plays a critical role in contributing to the company's revenue targets through proactive sales strategies and effective client engagement. The Industrial Sales Officer is responsible for understanding market trends and customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that meet client specifications. The successful candidate demonstrates a proactive approach to market analysis and customer outreach, facilitating sustainable business expansion. They will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service. By leveraging their sales expertise and strong communication skills, the officer will support RL Hummate (Pvt) Ltds commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, enhancing the companys reputation in the industrial products market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of industrial products such as paints, inks, and adhesives.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and quotations that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable contracts for the company.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, production, and logistics to ensure the timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using company systems and tools.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and expand professional contacts.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industrial products and sales techniques through training and professional development.
  • Work independently to meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of RL Hummate (Pvt) Ltds industrial sales division.
