Job Requirements:
- We are looking for an HR coordinator / technical recruiter who is passionate about the field and has good knowledge of HR policies and recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing the HR related records and documentations, participation in the complete recruitment process of the company and assisting the HR department in managing the day to day activities of the company.
Skills:
Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding process.
Hands on experience in technical recruitment (IT based) will be highly preferred.
Data and record keeping (both online and offline).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in pressure situations.
Drafting official emails and documentations for the company.
Education:
- 16 years of education in Business or HR related fields OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences with experience in technical recruitment and record management
