Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of the CCTV control room.
- Communicate all important happenings to superiors and initiate emergency responses as per policies.
- Ensure accurate recording/logging of events in the company.
- Ensure that all cameras and control room equipment is in working condition and initiate steps for maintenance/repair of cameras and control room devices.
- To assist head in investigation through CCTV cameras, in case of any theft/pilferage, if occurred in the company.
- To investigate concern area, if any unusual act observed.
- Prepare reports of incidents and suspicious activities.
- Perform other job related duties assigned.
