Job Responsibilities:

Perform research on audience preferences, competitors and potential partners
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Design and implement social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and product adoption
Lead content creation process with Graphics Designer to create engaging social media content
Monitor and report on key metrics
Maintain content calendar
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Monitor and report on key metrics
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and drive adoption, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Qualifications/Skills:

Proven social media management experience
Strong command over Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social platforms
Experience managing ads campaigns is a plus
Great copyrighting skills
Familiarity with analytics
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, managing campaigns.
