Roamer is Pakistan's first car rental app. We bring together renters with vehicle owners in their community to rent chauffeur-driven cars for anywhere from one hour to one month in a seamless and transparent booking process.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Business Development Officer your primary responsibility will be to establish and manage relationships with corporate clients who will use Roamer for their vehicle transportation needs.
Secondly, you will be responsible for establishing partnerships with companies that can refer customers to Roamer such as hotels and travel companies.
Finally, you will be expected to establish partnerships on the supply side of the business by establishing and managing relationships with rental car companies and other companies with supply of vehicles.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
In this role you will be working closely with the CEO and will be held highly accountable for immediate and tangible results. Roamer is a young dynamic company with big plans. Therefore, it is essential that you are extremely ambitious, hard working, and self-driven.
You must have significant experience in business development/corporate sales and an existing book of corporate clients/contacts. Ideally, this experience and contacts will be in the travel/logistics/hospitality industry. Entry level candidates or candidates without existing clients/contacts will not be entertained.
This is not a slow and steady role for someone looking for a relaxed career. If you are highly motivated, naturally inclined towards sales, and able to create and execute a business development strategy on your own, this role could be extremely rewarding and lead to rapid career growth.
