- Min. 1-2 year of custom WordPress development experience
- Create browser independent, responsive WordPress themes
- Ability to hand code PHP, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery/JS
- Understanding of SEO
- Deadline-oriented
- Excellent organization skills for tracking several projects at the same time
- Ability to slice PSD or PNG screenshots and turn our designs into operational websites
- Knowledge of popular form mailer, SEO, custom field, and other WordPress plugins and trends.
- Can create new plugin.
- WooCommerce development experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently toward team goals
- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across diverse teams
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze code, and find new solutions
- Experience in a technical leadership role and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving technology environment
- Excellent communication, self-motivator, team player, ability to solve complex problems, design & requirements documentation
