Robotronics, an innovative AI-powered learning platform dedicated to transforming Robotics, Coding, and AI education for children aged 4 to 16, is seeking motivated interns to join their Curriculum & Training Team. This paid, in-person internship located at NIC Lahore offers a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates from Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines to gain hands-on experience within a fast-growing AI and EdTech startup environment. The role focuses on assisting with curriculum development, supporting STEM education initiatives, and contributing to the enrichment of student learning experiences.
The internship demands enthusiasm, a passion for education and STEM, and strong communication skills. While managing a team is not part of this role, interns will collaborate closely with trainers and team members to deliver engaging and effective STEM sessions and summer camps. This opportunity provides exposure to social media content creation and digital marketing strategies, fostering practical skills beyond traditional engineering roles. The internship is designed to encourage personal growth within a dynamic startup culture, with the potential for conversion into a full-time position based on performance.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and improvement of STEM-related curriculum that aligns with educational goals and student needs. Support trainers during STEM sessions and summer camps by preparing materials, facilitating activities, and ensuring a positive and effective learning environment.
Create and manage social media content to promote STEM learning initiatives and engage target audiences. Participate in planning and organizing interactive, hands-on learning activities that enhance student engagement and understanding. Collaborate with team members to continuously evaluate and refine the student learning experience through feedback and innovative approaches.
Work within a fast-paced team environment, contributing constructive ideas and demonstrating flexibility in addressing evolving project requirements. Uphold a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt throughout the internship period. Assist in administrative and operational tasks related to workshop and school program execution, ensuring smooth delivery and coordination.
