We require an expert JavaScript developer who has experienced in working with complex user interfaces. If you don’t merely know CSS, but literally breathe CSS; if you know how to write modular JavaScript, understand closures, promises, and the new ES6 features like nobody’s business; if you are a geek (with a sense of aesthetics), then we need you!
Finally, all of our work is VueJS-based; good command on the said framework, or others for that matter e.g. Angular or React, is therefore absolutely imperative.
We need a humble and hardworking individual who's eager and open to learning new technologies, and is easy to work with!
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, working alongside the backend development team to help generate creative and diverse client-side technical solutions.
- Write modular JavaScript code for the backend services etc. in close collaboration with the backend team.
- Develop new user-facing features.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
Skills Required
VueJS. HTML5 WebSockets. Advanced CSS. SASS, Webpack, and Git.
Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket and the Scrum Development Process in general, is a plus, as well as the Vuetify framework.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarization with Git is required. Training would be provided if necessary.
- Should be a proactive and independent worker who is highly organized and interested in the difference they can make through their individual contribution.
- Having an in-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment.)
- Good understanding of layout aesthetics.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have 2-3 years of working experience.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
