Roles and Requirements:
- Examine the past performance of campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Examine service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Examine the new market trends and business opportunities in the global and regional sectors.
- Generate business questions based on data analysis.
- Generate ideas and strategies based on the requirements.
- Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programs.
- Manage and evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes.
- Manage customer loyalty programs.
- Manage the implementation of new technologies and integration with e-commerce platforms.
- Manage the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media campaigns over digital platforms.
Experience: 6+ years (experience in IT industry is preferable)
