We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through site visits, phone calls and social media.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through site visits, networking and social media.
3- Set up meetings with potential clients and listening to their needs and concerns.
4- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
5- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
6- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
7- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
1- Graduate degree or equivalent certificate from a recognized institute.
2- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role for at least 6 months.
3- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
4- Basic understanding of construction industry, their needs and trends.
5- Fast learner and passion for sales.
6- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
7- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
8- Having a Motorbike is must.
