Duties & Responsibilities
- To undertake marketing and sale of product range, promote and sell a range of products in order to increase sales.
- Visiting/meeting for promotions and sales to potential customers/area's identified by the management.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Visit project sites and provide technical and onsite support to customers.
- Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in term of quality, price and delivery.
- Handling the technical queries and complaints to increase customer satisfaction.
- Calculating client quotation and client record and developing technical proposals.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and technical experts.
- To undertake any other assignment given to you by the management.
