Roots Communication is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join their ACA campaign team located in Rawalpindi. This full-time position requires working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM at the office. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service via telephone and in-person interactions. Successful candidates will manage communication with clients efficiently, resolve inquiries, provide information, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Candidates will work directly within the Rawalpindi office and will be part of a team of 20 professionals. Roots Communication offers a competitive basic salary with punctuality bonuses. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries through phone calls and face-to-face conversations.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and campaign specifics to customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the ACA campaign to assist customers effectively.
- Document and update customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in company databases.
- Work collaboratively within a team of 20 to achieve organizational goals and maintain service quality.
- Adhere strictly to the night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols during all customer interactions and office activities.
- Contribute actively to improving customer service processes and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times to represent Roots Communication positively.
