• Plans, develops and implements ICT Opportunities in all subject curriculum.
  • Conducting ICT workshops for ICT teachers.
  • Manages and administers all IT issues (Educational) within the Regional office and the IT Labs in the region.
  • Monitors and observes teachers for ICT curriculum implementation.
  • To keep up to date with national developments in the subject area and teaching practice and methodology.
  • To actively monitor and respond to curriculum development and initiatives at national, regional and local levels.
  • To take a leading role in ICT developments and cross curricular links with other subjects. To be responsible for the development of key skills in ICT.
  • Foster an awareness of opportunities to use and consolidate ICT throughout the whole school curriculum.
  • To offer support and guidance to other members of staff in the teaching and application of ICT.
  • Keep staff informed of current developments in the ICT curriculum.
  • Identify staff training needs and match to appropriate INSET provision.
  • Developing ICT online software for students and staff, for examination, curriculum, information etc.
  • Developing ICT Training Manual to support and assist for RSS Staff and Students.
