As an Admission Advisor, the main responsibilities are related with student admissions, assessments, enrollment and coordination within campus and amongst other campuses within a Region and Head Office.
Daily dealing with parents and students providing all information about subjects, eligibility, admission procedure, admission formalities and assessments, student registrations forms, provisional fee structure, fee voucher printing, fee policy, student admission slip printing and all other general school guidelines and policies.
Moreover, you are responsible for daily maintenance of admission data, issued vouchers, and provide information about the school rules and policies of Roots Millennium Schools (RMS) to all parents and students, attending telephone calls to parents, following up of calls for admissions, maintaining all newspaper clippings of any event of RMS and file record of administration.
Filing of Notices, general office administration, orientation meetings and seminars arrangement together with day to day support in the effective functioning of the school/Campus or Region.
The Outreach Officer will research, develop and implement fundraising opportunities and marketing strategies and work in partnership with relevant stakeholders, faith institutions and other agencies to maximise regeneration opportunities for all RMS stakeholder and community at large.
