Job Responsibilities:
- Campus Manager ensure the campus operations are run effectively and efficiently in a manner consistent with TME policies, procedures, culture, rules and strategically develop support, resources, faculty and standards of academic excellence to ensure the adequate provision of academic, administrative and financial support.
- He will encompasses all responsibilities, procedures and policies to be implemented from tasks as broad as; School admissions, student admissions assessments, staff recruitment, payroll, Fee software management, Fee collections, Event management, school coordination, attendance, inter school communications, parental management, public relations, school development & maintenance, audit and financial reporting to the head office on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Will be a bridge between the Head office and Principal/Headmistress.
You have multiple aspects to your job and must ensure an effective communication and information bridge between all stakeholders Principal, Headmistress, Teachers, Academic Coordinator, Examination and Resource Officer, Parents, Students and you will have a primary contact between all Head Office departments, and need to ensure effective enforcement of all guidelines and policies on regular basis.
- This job requires Hand on approach to Email Communication and MS office Applications.
- Excellent Communication, interpersonal and Problem Solving Skills.
- Leadership and an ability to go an extra mile to get the job done.
- Customer services skills and manage multiple roles.
