The Job Description is as follows:
Job Description:
- Document preparation for respective company's legal Compliance requirements.
- Drafting Contracts and Agreements and other legal documents.
- Liaison with Representative of Embassies, Consulates and third-party services for legalization of documents.
- Know-how of Laws, Treaties, Embargos, Health and Safety Laws, IP Laws, E-Commerce Laws and Laws of Contract.
- Any other administrative task as required.
Requirements:
- LLB or LLM degree in Corporate/Commercial Law from renowned university or institute.
- 5+ years of corporate legal experience.
- Must have knowledge about legal documentation and its peculiarities.
- Should have very good command on English.
- Good command over MS Office.
- Able to perform in fast pace work environment and handle work pressure.
