Customer services representative We are ROSSCO Education consultants and we work with our international and national partners.We are looking for a junior executive customer services representative lady with very good spoken English and mannerism to join our team . we stress on good spoken English as most of our clients and partners are overseas and English speaking. The JE is required to have good computer based skills and a customer services representative experience in a call center with ability to work long hours if required very very occasionally would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Managing calls.
• Generating Sales leads and engaging the customers
• Assessing and identifying customers' need and satisfaction.
• study the company business and use of valid accurate tools to gather complete information and provide guidance to the customer as best as possible.
Assist the senior executives
• Follow communication procedures, policies and guidelines.
Skills Requirements:
• Fresh or Experienced CSR.
• Ability of international call handling.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Multi-tasking.
Good computer skills and ability to learn software management and typing on a computer
• Time management.
General office and HR management
Maintaining office correspondence files
Qualification:
• O level or A level onward but English medium good schooling throughout
Age: there is no age limits
Working Hours:
• 11 am to 7 pm. (10 hours).
• Full time.
• Monday – Saturday with Sunday off.
