We are a USA CPA firm that looks for a part to full time remote accrual bookkeeper position (minimum 4 hours a day) .
The perfect candidate will have the following qualifications:
1. The candidate must be able to implement the accrual basis concept with customer invoices and contractor bills. The candidate should demonstrate recording or allocation the bill into the correct period and working with the “deferred revenue account”
2. The candidate must have knowledge and know how to implement the following cost centers: GL for G&A, CS, S&M, and R&D.
3. The candidate should have experience with the ADP and Trinet third-party vendors and know how to enter the payroll report into QuickBooks online.
4. Familiar with US GAAP, the accrual, and the deferred revenue recognition methods. The applicant should show us prior work where he/she practiced these concepts.
5. The candidate is expected to work independently and with minimal supervision through accepting assignments through completion. The candidate is also expected to raised questions in an organized way which will allow him/her to continue the assignment.
6. must know Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.
7. The applicant must follow due dates and have the ability to communicate discrepancy is a professional and accumulate way.
