• International firm is looking for Customer Support Representatives an energetic individual to become a part of our CSR team, we are looking for a Call Center/live chat Representative that will work on an international packaging Selling company.

Duties & Responsibility:

  • Excellent English speaking and listening skills and those who can work with team members.
  • IELTS certification will be a plus point.
  • Manage/handle the incoming calls professionally
  • Identify and assesses customers' need to achieve satisfaction
  • Giving follow up calls to the customers at specified date and time
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Reply to emails and calls professionally to provide information about products and services, process orders, handle complaints, problem solving etc.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Previous experience of a similar job
  • Tolerant with customers and good in telephonic manners
  • Typing and data entry skills
  • Primary knowledge of using computers and internet research is mandatory.  Spelling, accuracy and attention to detail, Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
