· Assist Senior Accounts Officer in stations financial matters.
· Records DSR in accounting software and maintain record in hard form dully signed by Sales Manager station.
· On time cash and cheque deposits report to Finance team.
· Preparation and submission of DSR & cash in safe report to Finance team.
· Maintain complete record of Cash receipt books without serial break.
· Record petty cash receipt & payments in software and maintain complete data in hard form.
· Monthly petty cash preparation dully signed by Sales Manager station, and claim from Finance team.
· Maintain complete record related to station counter sale, cash receipts and payments.
· Follow up for pending capping requests of station agents.
· Submission of complete documentation to Finance team for ID creation and keep record of data.
· Custodian of cash safe.
