· Assist Manager Sales in all matters related to sales & ticketing.
· Build and grow business according to the Company policy under supervision of Manager Sales.
· Coordinate with Manager Sales to identify potential business.
· Liaise closely with clients to improve Company’s services.
· Handling customer’s complaints and maintaining their record.
· Assist Manager Sales in negotiating and preparation of agreements and contacts.
· Handling all correspondence and organizing contact between the Ticketing & Sales Staff and their customers.
· Keep record of visits and monitor sales.
· Keep record of sales targets/ reports and compile them for management.
· Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and emails.
· Assist in preparation of presentation, taking points and keep record of all minutes of meeting.
· Become Company’s representative in the Market, to spread good word related to the Company.
· Collect & report any new developments in the market and provide market data as required by management.
· Any other official task assigned by Management.
