Responsible for developing sales and relationship with clients.
Coordination with various Airlines.
Sorting out all the technical issues with Airlines regarding Ticketing & Sales.
Build and grow the business according to the company policy under the supervision of Sales Manager Pakistan.
Coordinate with SM-Pakistan to identify potential business.
Handling customer’s complaints. Maintaining customer’s record
Organizing contact between the Ticketing & Sales Staff and customers.
Keeping records of visits and sales. Monitoring sales of station.
Keeping records of sales targets/ reports and compiling them for management.
Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and emails.
Assist in developing and implementation of marketing plans.
Coordination with offices at other cities.
Ensure timely payment of utility bills.
Ensure staff attendance, regulate leave and handle disciplinary issues if any of the Ticketing and Sales Office.
Ensure implementation of polices issued by Head office and Instructions issued by SVP at Head Office.
Ensure security and safety of the Ticketing & Sales Office premises.
Control expenses of TW-HO sales & ticketing office.
Forward demand if any to Head Office.
Any other official task assigned by management.
