- Ensure the pre-audits of various financial activities as per the company's policy (i.e., vendor's payment).
- Supervise the post-audits conducted by the audit team.
- Ensure the timely reporting of identified anomalies in the audits to an appropriate level of management.
- Supervise and review the conduct of physical stock verification activities at warehouses, displays, and factory stores by the audit team.
- Ensure the maintenance of internal audit files, evidence, records, information, and reports for the IA activities performed.
- Ensure the appropriate segregation of duties of subordinate staff and that system access is as per the role/nature of work of the employee.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
