- Monitor equipment performance metrics and initiate improvements to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function.
- Plan and coordinate emergency repairs to quickly address unexpected machinery failures.
- Train and mentor maintenance team members to ensure skill enhancement and adherence to best maintenance practices.
