Monitoring and controlling all production floor activities and completing daily Production targets to meet customer requirements and planning.
Main cure responsibilities are;
- Timely and timely production.
- Apply best manufacturing tools.
- Production management.
- Process layout.
- Quality audit.
Also responsible for the assigned business performance and staff productivity within the production operation.
Specifically, the responsibilities of this position include:
- Expert in production planning and control
- Manage reports, statistical analysis, and daily activity reporting.
- Ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
- Communicates with various levels of management to ensure that customer expectations are met and issues are resolved, including turnaround time.
- Provide input of ideas for continual process improvements as well as the implementation of new processes.
- Responsible for on-time delivery performance and 100% on-time mentality throughout the organization.
- Support and ensure compliance with workplace safety laws.
- Supervises and motivates teams of employees.
