Salary: Up to 35K + 5K fuel. The individual must have his own bike/vehicle.

Responsibilities
· Meet and exceed sales targets
· Manage assigned territory including Retailers & Horeca
· Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
· Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
· Manage Modern Trade Customers under his Jurisdiction
· Strongly monitor competitors information
· Manage all customers in the allocated sales territory of Royal product range
· Ensure Punctuality for each promoter.
· Discuss last day performance with the Director and follow instructions to align target v/s achievement secondary sales.
· Ensure target achievement which will be shared at the start of every month - volume and value-wise.
· Ensure all Royal products are available at stores
· Build a strong relationship with the trade.
· Explore new shops for business development.
· Provide regular feedback on trade/competitor activities to the Director.
· Ensure Royal products are visible and properly placed
· Share the market feedback with the Director on daily basis.
· Take orders of every store and submit for the execution
· To ensure the implementation of customer promotions in the market.
· To ensure promoter’s discipline, punctuality, and presentable dress.
TRADE RETURNS
· Minimize customer returns through smart working.
· Special focus on stock rotation to avoid returns after the approval of RSM.
Qualifications
· 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience
