We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with proven expertise in Wholesale FBA for Amazon UK and USA. This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who can work independently and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Product hunting and profitable brand analysis using Keepa and other tools
- Contacting and onboarding wholesale suppliers and distributors
- Managing brand approvals and ungating processes
- Creating and managing shipment plans accurately
- Daily Keepa analysis for product performance and stability
- Competitor and market research using Helium10, Jungle Scout, and other tools
- Listing uploads and optimization as required
- Building strong supplier relationships for consistent purchase orders
Required Skills & Tools:
- Mandatory expertise: Keepa, Helium10, Jungle Scout
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Wholesale FBA model (not arbitrage or private label)
- Strong English communication skills for calls and emails with suppliers
- Ability to analyze data and make profitable buying decisions
- Knowledge of Amazon policies, brand restrictions, and invoice requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience in Wholesale FBA for UK and USA marketplaces
- Proven track record of successful profitable wholesale purchases and brand approvals
Working Hours:
- Full-time (8 hours daily)
- Must be available during Pakistan working hours or aligned with UK/USA supplier timings when required
