To act as ears and eyes for the management.
To guide and ensure janitorial services.
To have as many rounds daily to gather information regarding any unwanted activity or change happening, breakage and communicate to Assistant Director and Deputy Director.
To provide information to HR about internal reputation of staff and presence in place of duty.
To submit report as per the checklist to perform daily before leaving.
To act as member procurement.
To check and ensure following.
o Floor maintenance.
o Water and electricity issues.
o Security check.
o Staff adherence to various SOPs including dress.
o Reception is not left unattended at any time
o Ensuring staff punctuality and availability. Reporting to Management in case of any indisciplinary issue,
Any other task assigned by the Director and management.
