Job Description

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain purpose of their visit to Premium Diagnostics.
  • To handle cash and register tests.
  • Attempt to resolve the problems by proposing solutions to the customer inquiries.
  • CSR must make sure that the complaints are valid and must do whatever they can within bounds of their authority to make sure the customer is satisfied.
  • To provide information about the services including rates and tests that Premium Diagnostics is offering.
  • Receives processes and verifies the accuracy of appointments from customers utilizing Premium Diagnostics IT and communication systems.
  • Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for appointment changes, including the maintenance of customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/department
  • Provides expertise as a member of the customer service team to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole.
  • Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents etc
  • Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
  • Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution
  • Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
  • Review estimates and invoices for accuracy
  • To provide information regarding charges. (rates of each test)
  • To guide customers to the concerned departments.
  • To receive all incoming mail and handover to the doorstep to the concerned person.
  • Any other task assigned by the Director and management.
