- Greet customers warmly and ascertain purpose of their visit to Premium Diagnostics.
- To handle cash and register tests.
- Attempt to resolve the problems by proposing solutions to the customer inquiries.
- CSR must make sure that the complaints are valid and must do whatever they can within bounds of their authority to make sure the customer is satisfied.
- To provide information about the services including rates and tests that Premium Diagnostics is offering.
- Receives processes and verifies the accuracy of appointments from customers utilizing Premium Diagnostics IT and communication systems.
- Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for appointment changes, including the maintenance of customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/department
- Provides expertise as a member of the customer service team to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole.
- Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents etc
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution
- Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
- Review estimates and invoices for accuracy
- To provide information regarding charges. (rates of each test)
- To guide customers to the concerned departments.
- To receive all incoming mail and handover to the doorstep to the concerned person.
- Any other task assigned by the Director and management.
