We are looking for someone passionate Backend manager who provides costumer service to process permit applications, building inspections, contractor licenses, and certificate of occupasncy while providing routine and moderately complex clerical and costumer service support for the division and deapartment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn methods and procedure for permit approval and issuance.
- Process building permit and contractor license applications.
- Submits permits to various municipalities on behalf of multiple clients.
- Call the city and get update on permits
- Strong communicator, whether speaking professionally or interpersonally
