Your job description includes but not limited to:
Creating leads/contacts in Corporate SectorProposal writing, re-writing and submission to clientsFollow up of submitted proposals either individually or with team membersPreparing documentation for tailored solutions (if required) Negotiation with clients (as per instruction)Preparing contracts as negotiatedContract SigningReceiving payments through crossed cheques or bank drafts in company's nameWhile working for said project employer may also assign you additional tasks of handling business of its sister-concerns i.e Anabis & Co, ARM Printers, Palaan and others.Employer may also assign you tasks related to group's charitable entity HERO Trust.
PACKAGE
During probationary period of two months you'll be paid a fixed amount as basic remuneration, beyond that following incentive shall be paid to you:
- 1% incentive on sales of games in the carnival
- 1% incentive on sales of bare space
- 3% incentive on sales of sponsorship packages
- 3% incentive on selling a tailored solution
Your working day starts after signing of employment contract. The official timings will remain 9am-5pm daily unless notified by office.
Sunday will be off and monthly 2 leaves shall be allowed during working days.
The office is not responsible for food and transportation.
After probationary period of two months, your package shall be increased by 25% and beyond that another increment shall add after six months. Increment shall base on basic starting package and subject to performance.
