Finance Executive

Rozee Executive Search is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive with a minimum of three years of professional experience. The ideal candidate holds ACCA or CA qualifications and possesses strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, compliance, and accounting principles. The Finance Executive plays a vital role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports. The successful candidate collaborates closely with various departments to gather financial data, perform variance analyses, and support the implementation of internal controls. They bring a thorough understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the companys financial performance and support strategic planning.
Prepare and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies to maintain compliance and reduce risk exposure.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
Support the development and implementation of robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure alignment of financial plans with business objectives.
Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve financial performance.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions.
Stay current with changes in financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries promptly.
Support budgeting processes by collecting data, analyzing variances, and assisting in the refinement of financial plans.
Prepare presentations and reports that clearly communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
