Proficiency in Photoshop is beneficial for visualizing signage concepts and enhancing project proposals. As this position does not involve team management, the candidate will work independently while collaborating with other departments to support project objectives effectively.
Qualifications:
Applicants with an MBA, BBA, or ACCA degree from a reputed university are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for signage projects, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Review contracts, specifications, and project documents to identify potential risks and ensure all requirements are covered.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and reliable delivery schedules.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues that could impact project costs or delivery.
- Utilize Photoshop to create visual presentations and mock-ups of proposed signage designs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure understanding of project requirements and scope.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain competitive and realistic cost estimates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on estimation processes and project performance.
